About

The Adventure Life is an online magazine devoted to outdoor adventure in all its forms, launched in 2009 by Steve Casimiro. The site can pretty much speak for itself, so here’s a little bit more about the people behind it:

Career highlights include spending 11 years at Powder Magazine, most of those as editor; launching Bike Magazine as founding editor; and contributing to National Geographic Adventure for 11 years, most of those as West Coast Editor. Catharine Livingston is a freelance writer and editor who has worked for Outside, Men’s Journal, and most recently National Geographic Adventure.
