Moving on a north face as steep as the <a href="http://www.terragalleria.com/mountain/mountain.aiguille-midi.html" rel="nofollow">Aiguille du Midi</a> loaded with fresh snow, one can almost expect to trigger an avalanche. It would be impressive for a "ground" skier to escape it, but the "speed-rinding" skier can readily fly whenever needed, so it's kind of part of his game plan.
