		<description>Was a great article.  If I could get my back pain patients to exercise on a regular basis, their results would be much better.  The rule as a chiropractor is restore normal spinal function. Then strengthen the core, improve balance and increase flexibility.

		<description>Well done, taking steps to find ways to remove your back pain without going under the knife should be applauded. Strengthening your back is the key to long term spinal health. Muscles cause most of the pain, joint movement is the other cause. 

Great article though and I hope your experience inspires others to look for ways to remove pain before the need for surgery or long term medication occurs.
